Our products are designed and manufactured following a tailoring process, every detail is studied to combine design with functionality.

We know that every setting is different and we care about pleasing the customer in their aesthetic and lighting needs.

For this reason, through the Design Office we give the possibility to realize special projects by making modifications to the models or through the study and prototyping of the special luminaire useful for the completion of the project.

To properly manage the Single Power Led and micro-drivers contained in most fixtures, specific original MIZAR printed circuit boards have been designed and manufactured. Each PCB is configured to ensure control and efficiency of electronic components under extreme environmental conditions such as temperature changes and water pressure.

The in-house design and production of PCBs allows us great flexibility during product development and the freedom to test in advance the latest technological innovations of the moment in order to stay on the cutting edge of electronic components.

All of our products are subjected to strict inspections by Quality Control officers.

Products are inspected to be sure that they reflect the conformity requirements imposed by current regulations and fall within the parameters of excellence set by internal guidelines.

Within our factory, we have the machinery and skilled labor suitable to carry out aluminum bar processing and laser marking of products.

In this way we can control every stage of processing and save valuable time by speeding up order fulfillment.

Products in the MIZAR catalog achieve the highest levels in tests of corrosion resistance, quality and color rendering of light sources, and resistance to water infiltration and extreme temperatures.

For this reason, all products in the catalog are class C5 or CX, with a CRI >90, an SDCM < 3, and an IP rating equal or greater than to 65.

^{Lighting Design}

To support the customer in choosing the most suitable product for his needs, we provide a team of salespeople, architects and designers to study and design the space to be illuminated.

Through the simulated installation of the fixtures within the virtual space, recreated from the floor plans and photos provided by the customer, we can preview the final result of the installation and make the lighting calculations useful for choosing the right optics and power of the desired fixtures.
